Theses general conditions regulate the access and usage of this free website. The access to the web page means the acceptance of these conditions.

2.- Would you like to join this community?
It’s very simple, you must be older than 16, you only have to fill in the inscription form, read and accept the privacy policy and the present conditions and we will send you a confirmation email. At this moment you can now share all you don’t want and help us create richness. Also, for each two presents you upload, you can choose one present that we offer, doesn’t matter the economic value. In the section "Receive Presents" of the web site you can read the complete process.
To receive a present without uploading two presents you can send an sms. In this case the process is not free and has a total cost of 1,50€, taxes not included.

3.- What do you have to do once registered?
First: Upload a present that you want to give with a recent picture, you authorise us to show this picture, also a little description of the state of the present. Don’t give false information that will cause confusion.
Second: Choose what information we can give to the person that wants your present, either email, telephone or both.
Third: Use the contact information only for this purpose, don’t send not wanted publicity, spam or any type of information.
Fourth: Not to give away to thirds the information obtained form using the portal, except with the permission of the user.
Fifth: Make a correct use of the services and content of the web site and don’t use it for a illicit finality, that can attempt against thirds intellectual property or industrial or any regulation of the legal system.

4.- PresentTube Obligations
First: Put at your disposal the presents that other members upload to the community.
Second: Give the contact information to the user that downloads a present that previously has uploaded at least two presents, or send an sms with that end.
The sms service is hired with a third company, this is why we are not responsible for any possible failures that can occur, but if this happened, let us know and we will try to find a solution.
Third: We will terminate the account of the users that don’t carry out the usage conditions, including those that upload objects with an error, don’t satisfy with the delivery. To carry out this obligation it will be necessary that we get informed about the problem.

5. - Intellectual & Industrial Property
The text, images, logos, distinctive signs, sounds, animations, videos, font codes and the rest of content included in this website is of our property or we have the right of use and exploit, that’s why they are protected by the intellectual property law, so you can’t make use of them without authorisation.

The images of the presents are property of those who take them and share them, we have their authorisation to use them, by accepting the present conditions you authorise us to reproduce, distribute and communicate the pictures that you insert in the advert that will be published on the web.

6. - Access conditions and responsibility
PresentTube Abundance & Prosperity S.L. is able to make, anytime and without prior warning, modifications and updates of the information, configuration and presentation contained on the Web, of its access conditions, subscription conditions, etc. So you must access updated versions of the page. We cannot guarantee the non-existence of interruptions or errors in the access of the page or its content, either its update state or virus free, either any other element that can alter your computer system.

PresentTube is a mere middleman, that’s why we are not responsible for the precision or authenticity of the items uploaded by the users or of the state of conservation of the item. We cannot assume any responsibility of the sending or receiving process, because we don’t participate in the process, either in the place or location or the contact information that is supplied to us and that we pass on just like we receive them.

We are not responsible for the errors or delays in the access of the web site when the client is writing the personal information in the registry form, the slowness or impossibility of reception on behalf of the sender, sms errors or any anomaly that can occur because connection problems, bad luck or force majeure, alien to the good faith of PresentTube.

PresentTube Abundance & Prosperity S.L, declines any contractual or extra contractual responsibility with the person or company that uses the web and any damages caused by thirds, virus or computer element of any nature. And will not answer to any consequence, damage that can occur from the inappropriate use of the information obtained from the services, included in our web page.
